About the Event

Our Egg Hunt for Good is an opportunity for kids of all ages to experience an Easter Egg Hunt in a new way!

Step 1: Bring non-perishable food items to benefit local food pantries and place them in our donation bins.

Step 2: Search for eggs on the LeBauer Park Great Lawn using a scavenger hunt map.

Step 3: Trade in your eggs for a free bag of treats to take home!

Step 4: Enjoy activities, crafts, and snacks as a family as we celebrate the gift of Easter!

Why an Egg Hunt for Good?

We believe Easter reminds us that God’s love is for everyone.  Just like Jesus loved to turn things upside down to help us think about what really matters, we want to combine the joy of an Egg Hunt with the joy of generosity to make a tangible difference for our neighbors.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Who can come?

All families with children are welcome!  Our activities will be geared toward toddlers through upper elementary.

Is there a cost to participate?

This is a free event!   It is our hope that participants bring non-perishable food donations to be a blessing to our neighbors.  We’ll also have QR codes available for anyone who’d like to support our partner food pantries financially.

Is this a timed or age-based egg hunt?

No, the egg hunt will be ongoing and will not be separated by age group.  Simply arrive, be welcomed by our greeters, and begin your scavenger hunt!

Will there be candy inside the eggs?

Instead of candy-filled eggs, kids will trade in their eggs to create a treat bag with prepackaged sweets and other non-edible goodies.
